We received arrogant and unrespectful treatment. A simple question ended with a long email with lecturing intentions.
People working towards opening a business and creating jobs in this difficult economy deserves respect.
We spoke with several realtors already and all of them were great professionals willing to guide us to the right solution providing valuable advice. This was just the unfortunate exception.

We had no idea what to expect when starting up our business and they treated us to an easy and personable experience when finding a space for our start up. It was a refreshing change of pace to be treated like a person and not just a number, which is rare to find in 2020. We were consistently reassured that we could make changes throughout each step if we were not completely satisfied with the deal, as well as making sure we had an “out” for each hiccup. They explain the full process for you start to finish and have a lot of advice to offer. Definitely the people to go to if you want a well-rounded, non-stressful and smooth experience in finding commercial space.. will be referring to anyone else we know looking for a space, as well as using them for future deals. From first hand experience they care more about their clients than money and truly look out for your best interest.
