Hello I’m Crys (she/her) and I’m delighted to join Craft Psychology.
I aim to be an unusual therapist. I harness imagination, energy, enthusiasm, poetry, and humour in my effort to understand your story and elevate your voice. Whether you are considering the past, the present, or the future, I believe that therapeutic conversations can expand the options, responses, and actions we have available to us and help us to recognize our opportunity to be active agents in our own lives- or the hero of our own story!
I am from the East Coast but now call Alberta home, where I live with my partner and 4-year-old kiddo.
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. I am enthusiastically Queer and Trans Affirming. I also recognize my role in the colonization of Canada's Indigenous People and the marginalization of People of Colour.
