If you are looking to sell, not only does he take just 1% commission but he also invests in his customers through efficient marketing. My home was a slightly challenging sale since it had an irregular lot shape, but lo and behold it sold within a month. If you are looking to buy, he is willing to show properties on very short notice. He makes time for you. He was very professional during the showings and was understanding when I showed up late a couple times. There isn't a single negative thing I could say about Don--he is everything you are looking for in a realtor.

We have had a terrible experiences with this realtor, our mistake is currently signing with him. He is a bit pushy and we felt he did not represent our interests and only his bottom line. As always, go with a suggestion with a friend instead. Meeting with him was like pulling teeth since he preferred to do things remotely. Buyer and seller beware!! Name changed for anonymity purposes.
