★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far one of the most comprehensive, and dare I say, enjoyable realtor experience I have had in selling a home. From the first meeting with all the details and paperwork fully explained, to the rapid electronic documentation and updates, Lloyd ensured all the details of the house sale were upfront and transparent. The terrific management of the end to end sale is something I would have expected from a much more expensive realtor office. The cost structure was a tremendous value in price, but with nothing lacking in service.
I will not hesitate to work with Lloyd again on my next real estate purchase or sale.

Lloyd really understood what we were looking for in a home and was always quick to highlight new properties that had the features we wanted. He answered all our many questions and made himself available for viewings, and was very insightful in highlighting both the positive and negative aspects of any property we viewed. Working with Lloyd was a great experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a home.
