★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic studio. I just did an info night with Petra for her upcoming ELDOA 1 teacher training, she is an excellent teacher. She is so grounded and calm - must be all the ELDOA! Not only did I love her teaching but I Ioved my experience with the ELDOA method itself. I had the best sleep I've had in years the night I took it. I'll be in her class and taking her ELDOA certification course for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sphinx Pilates has changed my life. I have been going to classes and private sessions for over three years, and my body has changed for the better. I'm stronger, more confident, and some of the shoulder and neck pain I was experiencing has gone away. I know my body so much better, and I have learned how to use it in ways that are beneficial for my long-term health. The studio was recommended to me by my physiotherapist who was treating me for chronic pain, and taking regular classes at Sphinx has helped keep me off pain medication. All of the instructors I've had have been wonderful, and the small class size instills a lot of confidence that you are moving the right way. I am so thankful for finding Sphinx - if you're looking for Pilates or ELDOA in Toronto, this is the place for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before I started coming to Sphinx, I had a hard time sticking to a class but the intimate setting & individual attention that is offered here has kept me coming back. Almost 5 yrs in! I am more aware of my body now and the tone & alignment of it has grown in bounds & leaps.
Love Petra, Sheri and all the other amazing instructors. They truly excel in working with everyone at their individual level and not to worry, you will soon find yourself catching up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Petra's Saturday morning class for a few years now and it is life-changing! My posture has improved by leaps and bounds and I sit at a desk all day, so that is a minor miracle. She can explain things in a way that everyone understands - which makes her great for beginners and experts alike. Plus, classes are fun (we get an extra ab workout by laughing) and the time flies by. All the other teachers at Sphinx are also fantastic!
