Great trails, however be warned: it is rocky and slippery so wear gripped shoes and walking accessories. We brought our dog with us and he had a great time on his bungee leash. This is a good section of the Bruce trail and you can hike for a while. I would not suggest this trail for children under the age of 6 or those with mobility issues, as it is very rocky and uneven for the majority of the way. We spent most of our time looking down at the path to make sure we didn’t trip. There was a light rain but it wasn’t too bad for us as the trees are dense (though at this time of year the leaves have fallen and there isn’t much canopy), we noticed most trees are fairly young and lots of man-controlled tree falls and cutting has been done. We were curious as to why. Beautiful scenery and it wasn’t busy for a Sunday afternoon. Parking lot is small so drive slow when approaching so you don’t fly by it. Lots of local orchards and entertainment farms nearby (some require online appointments, except William’s Orchard that had an outdoor pizza oven and pumpkin patch etc).

Typical Bruce Trail - rocky and challenging terrain. Can be very slippery at some places. Strongly recommend to bring walking stick(s) and lots of water. Once nice lookout point on the trail. Not one to do on a hot and humid day OR soon after rain.

Good trail! If you live in or around Milton, this is a trail that you must do! Great for kids since it’s not a hard trail.

Beautiful walk on a rainy, yet crisp spring day. New red and white trilliums showing their faces. Loose rocky terrain you should watch out for but you may come to expect on the bruce trail. I'd imagine that when it's a bit warmer the mosquitoes would be pretty bad. But not in early spring!

A nice hidden trail. Wear good shoes with good traction. This is not a β€œrelaxed” trail, very rocky, lots of hills. Definitely couldn’t bring strollers or anything with wheels on this trail. I would say it’s probably too hard for small kids but the dog loved it.
