About SPERGEL - Consumer Proposal & Licensed Insolvency Trustees
From summer student to Trustee, Samantha has been working with Spergel since 2010. Initially articling with Spergel in Toronto, she is now managing our Brampton location.
With a background in history and socio-politics, Samantha utilizes her unique skill set while working with individuals and families to help them understand the options available to deal with debt and creditors, including the ins an outs of the bankruptcy and proposal process. She is committed to breaking the stigma associated with bankruptcy and insolvency by expanding awareness and access to consumers about debt-relief options, and the financial freedom that can be achieved through them.
Outside of the office, Samantha is an avid history lover and traveller, having studied in Eastern Europe, before completing her Masters degree in Italy and Malta.
