I highly recommended Bromwich & Smith to those who want get back into financial freedom. They are professional and caring. They explain everything in details. I am so thankful i met them. They are not just a company they are loving people.

I have had the absolute worst experience with Bromwich and Smith! I absolutely regret that I went into bankruptcy, as I had the worst experience while I was using their services! They are very hard to get a hold of, especially when I needed too! I had the money at one point to pay it off completely, and I had tried to contact the woman who was working on my file to find out where I could send the payment, and she did not get back to me, even though I had phoned and emailed her, and then life got in the way, and I had to use the money bills and groceries, and so I was no longer able to pay it off. Then I had my last debt counseling appointment months ago, where I was told that I was being released from my bankruptcy, and that I was going to be getting a phone call explaining everything to me, which never happened, and so I just assumed it was dealt with and that I had been released, so I went to do my taxes the other day, and the tax clinic said it was not processed due to the fact that I am still in bankruptcy, which I thought I was out of! So I phoned earlier today and asked for a call back from the lady who was working on my file and because she has been really bad at getting back to me, and I have been waiting for hours, I phoned back and asked to speak to a supervisor, and I was put on hold, until it hung up on me, and this has happened to me so many times that I have tried to call them before! I called back right after I got hung up on and then nobody took my call! I am really upset because the one time I was actually able to pay it off, no one got back to me, and I could have had it dealt with already, but now I am still in debt, and I am getting the run around with them, and now I can't even get my taxes done! This is the worst thing anyone can do, especially if you don't have a lot of money in the first place, and that was the reason why I couldn't keep up with my bills in the first place! I do not recommend going through Bromwich and Smith!

When at a loss, and in a difficult situation I called up Bromwich+Smith and they got back to me right away! Everyone who I have talked to is so friendly and judgment free. I 100% recommend B+S if you're ever having financial difficulty and need help!

When I was at a loss and felt like I had no where to go Bromwich and smith helped! They explained all the options I had, and let me know which one they felt would suit my situation best. I then chose to go with the consumer proposal which I can honestly say has relieved so much stress in my life! I would suggest if you feel over whelmed or you are living pay-check to pay-check , you honestly have nothing to lose by calling Bromwich. You are not locked in to make you decision! You can weigh in on all the options and go from there. And the counselling sessions they have are amazing! I’ve learnt so much from the session I’ve attended so far! Thank you Bromwich, I can honestly say I have my life back and I have never felt better!

Peter is a fun easy going guy. The people at Bromwich * Smith Inc. Are very caring and they will help you in anyway. They are there to help. Peter made me feel comfortable with the decisions that I have to make and I feel so relieved with my finances. If you have trouble with your finances I would definitely recommend them to you. I have to give them a big thanks for helping in this difficult time with my finances. I couldn't say anymore. They are the best. Thankyou again.
