โ โ โ โ โ After a long weekend break in on my car, Broco was the only glass repair that had my window replacement without having to special order. Called Tuesday, was in Wednesday. Total professionals. They changed my windshield wipers free of charge and vacuumed my car spotless. It's rare to find such competent, professionals out there.

One person working the girl in the office is fixing my window it's raining out yet I'm not allowed to stand inside the lobby while she's in the loading bay area fixing my window. She told me there's not enough space between us,yet I'm standing behind the 6 ft tape on the floor while she fixes my window and comes back and forth into the lobby area. Meanwhile it's cold and pouring rain outside.

โ โ โ โ โ Had my truck broken into earlier this week and had to replace a window. I had called around town to several shops for quotes and timelines. Broco Glass provided the absolute best customer service I have ever received from any auto repair shop! Yvonne answered all my questions, was incredibly articulate, polite and thorough. She even did a follow up call to ensure I had an appointment. She was a great hire! Congrats! Further, they ordered the part which came from out of province within 2 days, Made the call on Wed., had my truck in and out by Friday noon. The job looks great! They were all very professional, did and outstanding job, and even the price was right. Another quote I received from down the street was twice as much! I got more than my monies worth with these folks. Thanks! Will definitely use your service again if needed.

โ โ โ โ โ Awesome service from Michael. He was extremely friendly and had great communication about the process of filling the chip in my windshield.
With no appointment necessary I was able to swing by and have my windshield fixed in 45minutes.
I will definitely go back to this location and recommend it to others.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff that i talked today was so friendly! He explained what could be the worst case and what will be my option. (I got some rock flew on windshield from some truck and the rock bounced again so it got me total 2 chips- this gave me crack less than loonie size) I was so impressed how fast they could fix it, and such a great service too! Thank you!!

โ โ โ โ โ New location, great service. I called them and they were busy, but still put me in and half hour later I was good to go. My windshield had a chip and it was close to the edge. They said it could be risky fixing. But they managed. I called another location even drove by to see if they were busy they weren't, because I do reviews often I won't mention the other location. If you have a chip visit these guys. Thanks Speedy.
