The service attitude here is very bad, working efficiency is also very poor, collected money to do not attend to business, have a problem cannot ask, asked to need additional charge, and it is to see person collect fees, charge is more expensive than other place, I won't come again later!

They were great, helped me out a lot when I was completely confused, lovely people!

Arrived with no appointment and was seen too right away. Got everything completed in a very timely fashion. Highly recommended!

Run away, worst service ever. They made mistakes and want to charge us extra for fixing it. Ending yelling at us. Unbelievable! So rude.

I legit filed my taxes with them 4 months before the tax due date. I've sent them 4 different emails as in the status of my taxes, They never responded to my emails and when I finally got thru with my phone call they legit said they didn't do it. Because they didn't find my emails. 10/10 would never use them again

I missed all of your valuable comments before I came to give them my file. OMG! they are a scam, they took your money in advance and don't do the work, they took my documents and receipts without return it back. They are rude, unprofessional, scammed, fraud....somebody needs to report them to the City of Vancouver in the license department to not grant them a business license, BBB, CRA, police. Anything you can think of.

Here's my review for 1000 Tips - Income Tax & Accounting. If you don't have to time to read my lengthy review, my advice is to avoid using their services at all cost. Quick update: The second time I went in to get back all my paperwork, I ask them to show me proof that they are certified to do people's tax return. They refused and said they don't have to show me anything. Below is the complaint my wife submitted to BBB. ThanhQ is the name of the person who we dealt with. I had all my husband's and my tax return paper work all prepared and just wanted to get a professional to check it and submit for us. The first meeting was very brief and asked us to leave everything with her. At the second meeting, first thing she insisted (multiple times) that I pay the full $200 fee before we go on with the tax return details. so I paid. When I discovered and pointed out that there were obvious errors on the tax returns, she was quite agitated and told me that she has no time for me to ask anymore questions or she will have to charge extra. Her colleague also told her rudely for her to wrap up the meeting with us. The third time I went back, while waiting for her to print out the tax returns. She asked me to sign the form. When she handed me the print out, I noticed many mistakes and try to ask questions. She immediately stop me and said she cannot answer my questions or she will need to charge me. I just need to know whether the info you inputted is correct as I notice that: my taxable income on my return is different to that declared on my husband's return; My rental income was not reported; the expenses were reported twice..; there were missing schedules...She totally lost it and yelled that everything is correct and that she will start charging extra if anymore work is to be done. She said: "If you don't trust me then do your own!" I am now at a lost as I know I cannot submit the returns on time as they were done wrong, but if I ask them to make corrections that were totally their mistakes, she will force me to pay extra. At this point, I am so frustrated that I don't want to deal with this firm anymore. I have not ever experienced this kind of unprofessional conduct and rudeness.

We have been doing our taxes with this company for 5 years. We come prepared - bring T4s and receipts etc. They filed for us both regular and self employed taxes. Once I had to confirm something for the government since I had student expenses and I was completely lost. I came to them and they helped me figure it out without additional charge. I read the other comments and I don't know why the people have such experience since we always do it in one go. It takes maybe about half an hour? And then we get our papers and good until next year. We never had any issues for 5 years using this company and we are coming to do our taxes again next year :)
