★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Speedy at all. Gave 1 weeks notice to order the glass for my vehicle, dropped off Wednesday and they didn't have the glass. Thursday they ordered the wrong glass. Friday the glass is marked up, and they're not open weekends. 5 days without my vehicle?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left them a voice-mail and filled out a form on the website to get a quote. Did not even receive a response. I wonder how much they value customers if one can't even get them to return a call or provide a quote. I recommend going elsewhere. If they don't value you as they try to win your business, they will take you for granted once they already have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to get a price on replacing my windshield, Waited on hold for more than 30 minutes just to get some chick to tell me that she’s not near a computer and she can’t give me a price. would not recommend due to their poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can expect to wait on hold just to be disconnected. Once you're connected you can expect miscommunication and failed appointments. Don't waste your time at this location. I should have learned my lesson from 2020 will a poorly filled chip. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a combination of a bee and star patterned chip on our windshield. The glass damage was on the highway so the impact was fairly significant. I called Speedy Glass for an appointment and they set one up quickly over the phone. Got there just before my appointment time and was greeted by the manager Paul Martins who was serving another customer. This was the first time I was getting a windshield repaired so I was not sure what to expect. Paul explained and set my expectations of how the results would be. He explained the process step by step and the time it would take to complete. He checked and billed my insurance online and got the vehicle in and out of the shop in 30 minutes. The results are in the pictures. I would recommend this location for the courteous service, speed and workmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty hilarious that they call themselves "speedy glass".
Walked in today, 4 employees sitting there, empty shop. Asked how soon I could repair a tiny chip on my windshield, they said "appointment only"
So I said sure, what time? They said "next Thursday"....8 days wait time ?
Go somewhere else, don't risk waiting and cracking your windshield more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime you call them, they put you on hold. First time I waited for an hour and still couldnt speak to someone. If my insurance company didn't want me to go to them, I'd find someone with better service.
Let's see how long this wait will take...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used Speedy Auto Glass twice at the suggestion of my insurance company. The first time, the service was really good. Most recently, however, the service proved to be exceptional. I had my windshield replaced - a process that can take quite some time. With no way to get back home, I brought some work with me. The staff there, especially Akeem, made sure that I had a quiet space to work where I wouldn't be interrupted. On top of that, my car was ready earlier than I expected. I highly recommend this place for any windshield repairs or replacements.
