β β β β β I had a long crack on my new RX350. Jason explained everything thoroughly when I went in and booked me in for an appointment. Also helped me with getting a claim set up with insurance. Rudy was top notch, booked me in for the install and thoroughly explained everything thereafter in terms of warranty, car wash etc. Very clean install, the dash was clean, no issues. Thanks guys!

β β β β β Greeted by Jason Yong at the Markham location for a windshield replacement. I knew it would be a bit of a challenge with rust building on the frame. Jason was very transparent in his initial assessment. He outlined what could possibly unfold, but until he takes the windshield off, he could not confirm what was required. We left the car, and as promised, Jason contacted us with the specific work required. His team addressed the frame with an epoxy, that required the car to stay overnight. Pick the vehicle up in the morning as he had committed. The outcome was great quality, professional service with the customer in mind..... Thank you Jason ...

Called in and talked on the phone.
Very courteous and knowledgeable staff.
Jason helped us throughly. Transparent and clear instructions.
By changing the windshield I was offered another great service, a new set of wiper and treatment ( like water repel ) to the new windshield.
All in all very pleasant experience at speedy glass at Markham Branch.

I decided to drop by and get a quote for a stone chip repair on my front windshield, Jason explained thoroughly about the process of repairing it and was available to repair it on the same day. The professional service and work done by Jason and his staff was great. Highly recommended.
