Recently ordered and had installed at my home in Terra Cotta a single side door and interior door to my mud room. The entire experience with Platinum doors is five star. Dealing with Maggie & Luca is a dream. Very knowledgeable and professional. Price is right, delivery and installation on time, color as ordered. Cannot say more, very very happy with the overall experience and a DEFINITE RECOMMEND. THANK YOU, keep up the great work!

James from the company always mentioned fully booked appointments and delayed to come for a survey and estimate on site. He also mentioned the windows and doors of my home are custom-made. He needs me to make the measurements. He just checks on-line about my home and let me a very very crazy price of the door for CAD$15,000.00 He just refuses to come for on-site inspection nor loves to pick up my order. All windows and doors of a house should be custom-made. These are completely different from what the saleswoman, Maggie, at the office treating me. I just wonder if this is hot season and if they are busy. Please kindly just shut down your office or simply close the door. Please don't do any business completely at all. Very Very Bad impression and don't know how the others rate them 5 stars. Be careful!!! This company indeed is not good for 5 stars nor any star. They are just a garbage company.

Excellent customer service and product. Maggie Vlahos we very helpful in the entire process, answering all the call and concerns. The installers were very professional and did a good job, even the cleanup was really good. The entire process from sales to installation was very smooth. Windows are not changed every year, and when you do it make sure you make the right choice, my house in Pickering looks 100% new, a big Thank You.

Terrible installation and terrible customer service...owner doesn’t care!! ... Too many cancellations (ordered Sep 21, installed May 22) Wrong door delivered Terrible installation which needed redoing Installers didn't use drop sheets in my living room and leaving me with a mess to clean up Installer used my toilet to take a %&@#!!! (don't need to tell you how I know) Wish I had never ordered from them I was told the owner, Gus, would call me to discuss my disappointment and rectify these problems...never heard from him (if I could give a NEGATIVE rating for Platinum Doors...I would!!)

The old owners of my home purchased two windows from Lowes which used Platinum Windows. It took 11 months for the windows to be delivered. One of the sliders of the window get stuck because there was too much insulation in the window. It also leaked with water coming through the crack and they tried telling me it was condensation when it wasnt happening on the other side of the window. Now I need to hire someone else to fix the bad install job as well as live with one window that can only be opened half way because the insulation in the window was too thick. Not happy at all.

I replaced all the windows in my home in 2018 with triple pane windows from Platinum that came with a limited lifetime warranty. I started to notice that 4 of the windows were starting to fail and would be full of condensation and ice was starting to form. Also I realized when I opened my california shutters there was a huge amount of mould on the bottom of the windows (see pictures). I contacted Platinum in Dec 2021 with my concerns as some of the windows are in my childrens rooms and they first told me that this was normal condensation and the windows were acting properly (from the pictures you can see that windows should not be like this). I contacted them again asking for them to be checked and they said that the manufacturer will charge $200 to come visit if it wasn’t a valid problem with the windows. After some back and forth they agreed to have someone come take a look at them from their company free of charge. My appointment was to be in January, they cancelled because of weather, they rescheduled for February, they cancelled because their employee had covid, they rescheduled for March 1, they cancelled because they told me the service technician was running behind and would call back and re-schedule (they still havent). I decided that was enough dealing with them and I will have a separate company look at them at my own expense. Its not worth the unreliability of this company. The process of ordering and getting the windows installed was fine but dealing with them after is so unprofessional and it looks like they have an inferior product. I would stay far away from them if you are looking for new windows. I hope this review helps others and its nothing against the company but its an honest assessment of my experience and you can see from the pictures what I am dealing with.
