I requested information to install their pos system. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from them for almost a month now. If pre-sales experience is not positive, how can we trust the service and support after we buy the system. Do not treat your potential customers by neglecting their requests. I'm really disappointed.

*Great if you never plan to change your pricing* System was great initially. Set up to accommodate our multi-priced menu and 2 for 1 pizza pricing. Rushed through training and did all back end managing training in one day which was FAR too long and too much information. Would have been better broken up into at least 2 days. We were assured menu changes were easily done by ourselves if we followed the tutorials. We didn't have time so paid Speedline $900 to change our prices. Menu change was done by their tech but it broke our menu pricing. Numerous technicians later they continued to break out menu further and blamed our pricing structure as to why menu didn't work. We lost huge revenue this 2 week period due to menu being broken and charging incorrectly. I requested monetary compensation and Speedline would not even discuss that. I personally worked with a tech online for over 50 hours myself trying various methods to get pricing correct. 2 years later menu is still broken, we cannot increase our pricing without breaking further. We have never been offered a refund on the menu change we paid for that broke our menu . We have been told by Speedline that the only solution to fix our menu is to go to single pie pricing. So essentially we have to change our menu structure to accommodate their system. I will add that each menu design is programmed different depending on who programmed it. There is no set program and other programmers will have to figure out how the previous one built it. We paid huge dollars 18k to this company as they advertise they are the pizza menu experts. The system is great if you never need to increase your pricing. I have held off on a review for several years now because I was hopeful that they might offer some monetary compensation as we have been unable to increase our pricing for the past couple of years. I am completely exhausted and have given up all hope. Over the past 2 years I have tried to reach out to the owner who passed me off to a manager who promised to take care of us. Never happened. Every 6 months or so I get a call from a different manager asking how I like their product. I give them an earful and they promise to take care of us. I am currently working with yet another programmer who keeps saying he just wants to make sure he can meet our expectations. OUR EXPECTATIONS ARE THAT THE SYSTEM WORKS AS IT DID WHEN WE RECEIVED IT! It is getting beyond frustrating for a system we are still paying for. Zero accountability with this company who is essentially providing false advertising. They set you up with a product that initially works then tell you it's your menu pricing that is the problem! Tiered pricing and 2 for 1 is NOT A NEW CONCEPT! My advice....stick with pen and paper or find another company.

I've used other POS providers in the past 20 years running a pizza operation and really never realized what I was missing when it came to technical support. I thought it was always up to me to fix a problem with very little guidance or pay for "training" or specialized technical support. I can always count on Speedline's technical support to assess the problem and just fix it with no extra charges. They always have my back so we can concentrate on the customer without distraction or downtime.

Speedline is the ultimate software company. I have worked with them since Labor Day 2003 (18 years), and can tell you that their support is nothing less than stellar. No problem goes unsolved, and mind you I have worked with major tech companies (IBM, Microsoft, Cisco etc.). and Speedline Support far exceeds them!

Had speedline installed in August. The installer was beyond fantastic and made sure we had the system setup exactly how we needed it and that everyone was trained well. Customer support post install has also been top notch and been able to fix all issues rapidly. The one time we had an issue that was more complex they escalated my problem up the chain and got an agreeable resolution. Also one of the best online ordering systems out there. You really can't go wrong.
