When I finally got in touch with the Manager Jeff instead of correcting the situation, he went ahead and charged me a $48.00 cancellation fee. Long story short, I feel like this is very unfair as his employee Jennifer was the one who yelled at me and cancelled the appointment the day before the cleaning was booked. All because my first appointment in August 2016 was $180.00, as I had requested extra couch vacuuming which I was told would be an additional charge. So when I booked for another cleaning in December 2016 and explained to Jennifer that I now have new leather couches so the extra couch vacuuming would not be needed. I was very surprised that I was charged the same amount $180.00 and called to enquire. Well instead of any sort of helpful insight or refund all I received was a $48.00 cancellation charge, as this all happened the day before the appointment was booked. Even though I had to call to confirm what time my appointment would be the day before because I had not received a confirmation of what time the cleaning would be. I have dogs so I need to make arrangements for a dog sitter to come before the cleaning appointment. Save yourself stress and money and book with a company who doesn’t scam people for cancellation charges or supports employees who yell at their customers. Sincerely a very disappointed customer

Was impressed to see the team leader actively supervise the other cleaners and instruct them in the best way to tackle a task to make sure everything got done. They worked really hard while they were here and left the place truly sparkling! Plan to use these guys on a regular basis from now on.

Ladies did a great job on bathrooms and floors however I was very clear with Jeff I was wanting blinds done after minor home remodeling. The fee was 300 dollars for the cleaning ...blinds were not done. Asked for some money back...Jeff said no we do the work not refund the money. Well still waiting for the work to be done. He agreed to call me back and still hasn't. Should have done this myself and saved 300 bucks ....very poor. Jeff is rude on the phone as well got mad at me because I wasn't comfortable with ppl I didn't know alone in my home ...my house my rules Jeff !.

They came this week to clean my house for the second time & I literally screamed when I walked in. My house has never looked better!! I’m not much of a homemaker as I am an entrepreneur & I also travel for work. My roommate is also a little on the messy side. Sparkling Clean makes our house look brand new right down to the little details! Jeff is also very enjoyable to talk to. He’s very patient & friendly. He always gets us in quickly & he’s chill when I don’t respond for a couple days. I’ve only talked with him on the phone, but I know I can always expect friendly & professional service!
