★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend them to anyone or use their services ever again. Not a single stain went away ( their were only two or three small stains on my carpet that too of green tea which should be easily removable). They even scraped the paint from my wall while cleaning the carpet and didn’t even have the courtesy to inform me about it , on top of that rude behaviour. Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name of this company says everything. It looks like they really can't see. They done very poor job cleaning our carpets (the carpets did not have any tough stains). Their Satisfaction Guarantee is nothing, after the second visit many spots looked just smudged, not cleaned. Also they are not honest and tried to charged us for the area that was not even touched, kept saying they cleaned it. Guess they assume the customers are blind too... Our property manager has been instructed to never use Blind Carpet again. Highly NOT recommended.
PS. Update: 6 months later we hired another carpet cleaning contractor. Everything was done within one day, no second visit needed, all the stains were removed, including the ones Blind Carpet was not able to remove after 2 visits last year. No any miscommunication, no any problems. Apparently you just have to do a good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three stars as it was just OK. Two stars indicated I didn't like it but it's not that I didn't like it, but I was not impressed. They were supposed to come at 10 AM. But they called and had a problem with the truck so it was going to be 2PM.at 2:15 I called looking for them. They arrived at 2:30. They were out in 30 minutes. Carpets were absolutely saturated. Fellow said it would dry 4 to 5 hours. 24 hours later it was still damp. I was told to vaccum. Perhaps I should know this but I didn't so there was bits of dirt in the carpet. Needs a thorough vacuuming after the wash. Not sure how well the carpet was rinsed out. It felt soapy to the touch. I would not refer them or use them again.

Their team is awesome, Kaven gave us lot of good information on how to keep the carpet in good shape. Call then today to get your carpets cleaned you will be writing then a 5 star review for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was home and noticed the Blind Carpet Cleaner van at my neighbours and googled them, then checked their reviews. After I gave them a call to see if they would ve able to clean my place too. Thankfully they were able to make a switch and fit me in the same day! They quoted me a great price which beat the previous carpet cleaner i hired a year ago. After they finished my neighbor job Kaven came to my house to assess what needed to be cleaned and I could see that the team was enthusiastic to clean my carpet, removal stains and steam clean my sofas and rugs!They were very friendly and professional and did a great job carefully moving my furniture around to make sure not to scratch anything. He thoroughly cleaned my 2 large sectional sofa, the living room carpet, rec room, bedrooms, 3 staircases and even got the stains out of my rug that the previous carpet cleaner couldn't! I highly recommend The Blind Carpet Cleaner as he clearly has confidence in his own skills and demonstrates pride in his work. I am very happy with the results and reccomend them!
