J	JD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Later that night, I noticed there were a couple of pieces they missed (e.g. vacuuming a bathroom and under a desk) despite having about 15 minutes left in the booking, however the remaining 99% was done very well. I would recommend adding a room-by-room checklist to make sure everything is remembered.

Because obviously, I hired a pro cleaning service to clean a clean house right? On top of that, they did not complete their job as per their description and in addition, levied a heavy extra charge on me for the apartment being messy, as well as making me help them clean the apartment. I would recommend anyone who wishes to use a maid service to make sure that these guys are not your hire.

They take proper instructions and even follow them all through the cleaning. Will give them 5 stars for the quality they provided.

A	Akanksha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service! Came 1 hour late than scheduled. 'Cleaned' the kitchen but skipped forgot oven, fridge, cabinets and microwave. Then argued that you did not tell us about the appliances. In 3 hours, they only cleaned 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. I had to do all the cleaning (especially kitchen) by myself later. It would be much better to do it yourself than hire these slackers. Also, they are not at all professional cleaners, they hire students as cleaners who are probably not even legally allowed to work, and definitely not know much about cleaning, and heavily underpay them. EDIT after the reply: Blaming the customer is the best part of their service. Please stop underpaying students after making them work as cleaners.

The cleaning was fine but we saw a couple of missed things. PK immediately sent his team back to make it (as he said)”sparkling clean”. The Job took alittle longer than the allotted 2 hrs so I was charged about 20$ more which was fair! All in all I highly recommend this company! Pk takes pride in his work! Will definitely use them again.

Very easy to book the services, the customer service guy was very polite and guided through the whole process. The cleaners were on time and did the work according to the checklist provided by us. We have hired them for weekly cleaning and will definitely recommend them to all the people.
