D	Doug McIlwraith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car wash has always seemed a bit pricey but it is convenient. Today however I went to quickly wash my truck and the water pressure was poor. I asked the attendant about the issue and he was aware of it. So if he knows then so must the owners. Yet there are no signs to avoid the problem. To the owners - fix the problem or at least let people know!

All the trim on my van was still covered in road film when I drove out, I was literally able to wipe it away with no pressure at all. You'd figure a 12.00 wash would at least remove road dust.

Cleaning products are very low quality. “Spotless shine” spray leaves thick milky residue once dried, and I tried twice in separate occasions. High-pressure spray guns don’t stop spraying until the wash is over (why even have a trigger on them), and all foaming brushes are completely used up with heavily decayed bristles. All of that for an above-average price.

" No. there was no one in the little door. In fact as i was leaving someone unlocked a door facing Edmonton Trail. Actually I was at Petro Can when that employee showed me through the window someone coning to the Sparkling office. I believe this was on Wednesday Nov. 24th sometime in the morning. I really do not recall exactly. I was staying at the BestWestern down the street. I live in MB.
K	Kristie Burkett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though everyone loves being harassed when washing their car, if this isn’t something you enjoy, I’d avoid this place. I had a bag of salt explode in my car and went here to clean it. The employee came and yelled at me for “throwing things on the ground” (salt from the mats I was spraying). Shockingly, all the salt melted when I was done (duh). Won’t be back here! ** Edit: I increased my rating after an excellent response from the owner via email. I am still unlikely to return, especially alone; however I appreciate the owner’s attentiveness to his business and his customer service.
D	David Lunham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No soap Washed the car two days before and soap was fine. Drove through the sloppy city roads and hit the car wash on way home. There was no soap. Attendant said that there was and that they changed the type of soap 2 weeks ago and you cant see it and have had complaints. Very disappointed at the explanation. Maybe change the soap barrel when it’s empty!
