I have been multiple times. It has been clean every-time I go. It can get busy but they have a lot of new facilities and it’s mostly outdoors. They have a really cold water bath and the thermal experience so far is unmatched.

My husband and I sincerely missed the thermal spas in the Eastern Townships of QC during COVID. Having visited many, we were extremely fortunate that our stay at the beautiful Boise Riviere next door to Spa Bolton included a package deal for a massage, robe, water bottle, and all day (come and go as you please) access to Spa Bolton, because our welcome back to the thermal experience was absolutely idyllic. The staff, facilities and massage therapists (Nancy was particularly talented, attentive and professional) were wonderful. The facilities were very clean, accommodating, varied, comfortable and serene. The property sits on a gorgeous river with a waterfall, easy accessibility and hammocks. The other guests were respectful and there was generous space for us to circuit through our spa needs without rush or interruption while enjoying the forest and view. As patrons who only speak English and Spanish, we had no problem communicating with the welcoming and knowledgeable staff in English. What we found uniquely lovely about Spa Bolton was it's usability and value for four all seasons and it's all-gender welcoming policies.

Incredible. When we showed up for our 6pm slot, we were greeted by I believe the manager or owner. She showed us around and informed us of all the amenities. Was a very nice personal touch. We were lucky enough to see that there was only a handful of people there the entire night! It's smaller than some of the nordic spas I've been to but has everything you want and need. But what the other ones don't have, this one does. The nature. You are literally in the woods next to a flowing river and waterfall. We didn't get to eat this time but definitely looking forward to it next time. The lockers are old school and the key sometimes gets stuck in the lock. You get one towel in your locker but can rent a super soft robe. Only thing I'm hoping they fix is the sound of the steam machine in the wet sauna. It makes a really loud bang when it turns on and a smaller bang when it turns off. When you're trying to relax, it really was shocking to hear. Everything is incredibly clean, a nice gentleman kept adding wood to the fire because he knew we lover it. The relaxing area with the terrasse is stunning! Thank you for an amazing time! Will definitely be back!

Great spa, the front clerk was friendly and took care of us! There is a specific reason for the two stars. My girlfriend and I had a male and female masseuse. She had the male. Antony, the therapist my girlfriend got, freely decided to find my girlfriend on social media through her insurance papers and liked her bikini pictures. This, without my girlfriend mentioning anything about her social media or her full name. Furthermore, my girlfriend realized he was following her/us through the spa/sauna and kept staring looking at her. Now, this usually doesn't bother me but as a client who gets a massage, which is rather intimate, there is a minimum of respect and privacy that must be implemented to not make the client feel unsafe or uncomfortable. I called direction and they said the staff concerned was advised and measures were taken, still a little unsatisfied but, a minimum was done at least.

Very nice place to enjoy a relaxing day. Bring water shoes for the river, lots of slippery rocks

My friends and I had a WONDERFUL time at spa Bolton! So much so that I returned a few months later with my partner :) the scenery is absolutely breathtaking and not comparable to any other Scandinavian spa I’ve been to (scandinave in Montreal and blue mountain leaves something to be desired). I recommend going on a weekday when it’s not too busy, and bring your own lunch too if you plan on staying long! It’s beautiful during the day and night, lots of places to relax and everything was very clean. well well worth it!

We went during the long Easter holiday during the afternoon and it was rather crowded (understandably). Service was courteous and good. The saunas and cold baths were pretty nice. Facilities were overall acceptably clean. The jacuzzis were rather popular; however, we noticed there was a lot of... small white particles (dead skin perhaps?) floating on top of the jacuzzi water which grossed us out a bit. Perhaps the jacuzzis could be set to change the water more often during busy periods?

Amazing experience, everything was clean, relaxing and gorgeous. Staff was friendly, chatty and super sweet. Honestly the only bit of feedback I would have is to go bigger on the food court. The sandwiches we got were really good and please keep the quality as high, but I would have loved to be able to have a bit of a bigger meal. Keep up the great work.
