I have been all over to so many specialist and never felt like they were special at providing services. B is amazing life changer!!!!

That was really disappointing for a mom! Their waxing services are so overpriced! There are cheaper places even in downtown Vancouver. Staff was blah, no personality unless you're a friend/regular and that's where the effort was. Had to make sure my husband didn't get me anymore gift cards from that place again.

Ayechet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing personal against Caroline but, seriously, what's the point asking where the pain/need is and what to AVOID because of recent health issues (at first I thought it was great asking) on the consultation form if the therapist does not even care? total waste of time and money.I have just been told that was the plan for that massage... Not only the pain is still there and even worse on the area she was supposed to avoid since she even started with it... Not sure she knew what she was doing. Manicure was great though. Affordable and good customer service. Would have been 5 stars for it. Overall nice atmosphere and affordable prices.

She is very quick and each time we have a good conversation as she always remembers what we talked about the previous time. The prices are affordable and it's super easy to book online. I recommend coming here it's a clean quiet atmosphere, and Kaitlyn does well with my lashes!
I	Ildiko Kankula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an IPL Acne Treatment and a 5 minutes eyebrow shaping for what I was charged the full price - $25. There was no waxing during the eyebrow treatment as after the acne treatment I have been informed that it is not recommended, however I got a simple 5 minute shaping, which would be fine if I wouldn't have been charged for the whole pack. I think this was very unfair and therefore I asked for a refund via email, but never heard back. Also, as my first IPL treatment I got zero information about the procedure, I had to ask questions and make sure that what is happening to me is normal or not, zero recommendation on after-treatment and so... I don't recommend this spa!

She does an amazing job every time and is so friendly and welcoming. I always look forward to my appointments thanks to Aija!!
