She was very accommodating, attentive, informative, and a great listener - she really took the time to understand what I was looking for and was very focused on making sure she delivered exactly that. It's evident that she takes her work very seriously. She is thorough, has a great deal of patience and kindness, and treats her clients with utmost respect and care. Also, her studio is absolutely immaculate. It feels as clean as a surgeon's workspace yet it's beautifully laid out, comfortable, and private. Throughout the procedure, Crystal's calm personality really helped make it comfortable. She repeatedly checked in on my pain level and would ensure I wasn't feeling any, which I didn't. Afterwards, she provided a lovely care package and instructions to help me care for myself at home. The package she provided was top quality - again, a sign that she really cares how her clients do even after they have left. I 150% recommend Crystal. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crystal is a real pro! She makes you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk in the shop for your appointment. She takes her time to go through everything with you, answers all your questions thoroughly and even while she is doing the procedure, she walks you through each step. The Pink Spade space is gorgeous! It is so clean and beautifully decorated. My brows turned out amazing and she was always available if I had any questions during the healing period. I am so happy with the results and glad that I decided to get my brows done. Don't hesitate to book with Crystal, she's the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crystal has a spotless, super cute shop. She makes you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you arrive. She is meticulous in her work and a talented artist. I have a low tolerance for pain and was a bit nervous before getting my powder brows done, but Crystal put me at ease immediately. She talked me through the process step by step and used a product that eliminated any discomfort. Barely felt anything.
My brows look fantastic and natural looking,a I get compliments on them regularly! Thank you Crystal! I couldn't be happier with the results.
