★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sovereign Dental is possibly the best dentist in Thunder Bay, I've struggled with anxiety my whole life and avoided the dentist for years as a result of past experiences. The folks at Sovereign made me feel welcome and safe in their care, all while maintaining a non-judgmental atmosphere to boot. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern, clean, professional are words that come to mind. Dr Clark is a very skilled, and attentive dentist. The hygienists are awesome as well. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish the dentist assistant wasn't cranky(clearly she was today) she put the blood pressure cuff on my 5 year old visibly too tight. My daughter was fine until that point and Started crying saying it was too tight but the lady insisted it had to be. There went the appointment!! Daughter didn't like them after that. After we had to put it back on her arm to make sure my daughter was fine from medicine to go home so daddy put it on loose as could be, no crying or saying it hurt and what do you know, it still read the numbers!! Not recommending this place to anyone with kids. thumbs DOWN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my whole family have always had excellent experiences at Sovereign Dental since becoming clients/patients. The staff are friendly and courteous, make us feel comfortable and are attentive to our needs; our son is under the spectrum (ASD) and so it was important that his sensory needs were addressed, which they have been above and beyond what I would expect from most places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Marshall and her assistant were amazing. They were very patient with our 4 year old and took the time to explain in detail what they were doing each step. They convinced my daughter they were drawing a pink bunny on her tooth and they did a hilarious job at keeping her posted on how the bunny was coming along. They deserve an award for their teamwork bunny performance ?
