★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a haircut to try in my attempts to get healthier looking hair and get the dead ends cut off/evened out. The hairdresser asked me what I wanted I said ''i don't want anything specific i'm just trying to get it healthy and grow it back without the colour.(short buzzed on the sides rn) as long as it looks okay growing out'' she then she started cutting barely anything off the top(not even a whole cm and the bottom straight) then tells me ''i can charge you for a men's cut this time but not next time'' (I called and asked how much a men's cut was because I am usually charged a men's cut at my usual) today multiple people told me you can barely even notice you got a haircut but it looks very choppy''' i know it doesn't hurt the owner/company by saying this but i will continue going to my regular place. or even cut it the same way myself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would just like to say that since going to Chatters for my Haircuts I have had the best treatment from the entire Staff, from the time You walk in till the time You walk out, I have one of the Most Pleasant and Polite Stylist named Jenn, who always gives Me a Superb Haircut each and every time. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Chatters to anyone. You should be very proud of to have Staff as Wonderful , Respectful, Polite and Courteous as these Employees. I want to say a Big Thank You to all of them and wish them all well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge shout out to Rylee who did my man's hair last week. She was very friendly, professional, and cut and styled it amazing. My guy had no idea what he wanted and went in there clueless, but she asked questions and worked with him, did a great job and he loves his new style. Thanks again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked online for 7:00 pm, only to be told they didn't have time for my son's haircut. They close at 9:00!! There were literally 3 employees standing around. They were very rude and unprofessional; not even an apology. That's too bad. Another salon can have my money. I always buy product and tip well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for a curbside pick up order to help fix the damage I had done to my hair (covid boredom lol) and the associate who answered the phone recommended some products and gave me advice on how to use them. When I opened the bag after I got home she attached a hand written note on how to get the best results from the product! I didn’t get her name but she went above and beyond for me and I will always be going back to chatters for my hair needs! :)
