I recently decided to move ahead with some dental work that I had been putting off for quite some time. I made an appointment at Oasis Dental with Dr. Chow and Manney to go through what was required. They were very professional explaining things and also made me feel confident to move forward with the dental work. Dr. Chow completed the work and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Chow's skill level and dedication to perfection is absolutely fantastic. There is no better place to go for all of your dental needs than Dr. Chow at Oasis Dental. An extra special thanks to other members of this incredible team including Manney, Mike, Teressa and Daniella.

I have had a few appointments with Oasis Family Dental, and can honestly say best experience EVER at a dental office. From the time you walk in the staff puts you at ease. Dr. B and his assistant were amazing. Initially went for a full cleaning and the lady (Rita) maybe was amazing. Then I was getting prepped for a crown and the whole process was top notch. I recommend Oasis Family Dental to all of you (even hubby did the big switch and he was quite impressed. The office and staff are top notch .

I am a new patient to Oasis Family Dental and had my wisdom teeth removed. Honestly, I was very nervous for the procedure and the team at Oasis made me feel very comfortable. They had all the necessary Covid screening protocols in place and the team seemed very prepared and organized. The front desk staff were all very friendly, the assistants were very knowledgeable and the doctor was great and got it done quickly with no pain! Overall a great experience. I highly recommend Oasis Family Dental.

I decided to make use of my work benefits and go get a cleaning. I have never had a cavity and always take very good care of my teeth. My regular dentist down south had never had to do much to my teeth and I have certainly never been frozen or drilled at the dentist. The dentist at Oasis told me that my teeth look great but that I should come back in and have my fillings replaced. I asked if there were cavities or any issues and he said no it’s just good to do occasionally. I went back a different day and he again was stating it was very basic procedure and nothing was wrong. He gave me a ton of freezing needles and when he came back began drilling my molars. After about 15 minutes I was starting to wonder how much he was actually taking out. He was also being very careless hitting my teeth with his metal tools fairly carelessly and somewhat hard. I was worried he would chip a tooth several times. It was around then that I felt a very sharp pain deep in my tooth/jaw. He gave me more numbing and said it was odd and I shouldn’t have felt anything. Once it was all over he said I should be fine in a couple of days. The numbing wore off and my tooth was in such severe pain I couldn’t chew on that side of my mouth. I went back in a month later and that dentist was out on vacation but I saw his colleague. She looked and told me that it’s natural to have tooth decay and I probably just had a cavity and the tooth may need to be pulled! I was extremely confused and told her that it only hurt after the work was done and the dentist said my teeth were fine before. After some discussed she went in and filed down the fillings hoping they were just uneven and it would help the pain go. She then let slip that he probably drilled into the tooth root and if it was damaged by the drilling it could mean pulling the tooth. I was outraged! She could see she messed up by admitting that and wouldn’t say it again reverting back to it being likely something from before the drilling. She told me to come back in a couple weeks if it still hurt to look at further options and potentially pulling the hurting tooth. It has now been 4 months. I am still unable to eat anything on that side and I am waiting for a chance to go down south and see my regular dentist to see what he can do. Needless to say I regret my visit and it’s clear this dentist was just doing “make work” to get paid more. I regret using my benefits, or at least using them here. Think twice about visiting this place. It looks nice but it’s clear they don’t know what they are doing. UPDATE: it’s been over a year and my tooth still hurts when I eat most things. My dentist tells me he can’t do much if they damaged the tooth other than a root canal if it becomes unbearable. Still one of the biggest errors I’ve made going to this place. I had perfect teeth and spent my life making them that way only to have this place mess them up in one day.

Dr. Chow is always professional and will meet your needs. I recently had significant work completed and it was was done with complete professionalism. I was offered a great plan it to have the extensive work completed. My family has been seeing Dr. Chow for 10 years with no complaints. She is a gem ❤️

I love the results of my Invisalign's! This was something that I have always thought about and wanted to do and was finally able to do it. After some research and referrals from word of mouth, I decided to go for a consultation. The office is modern, immaculate and the staff are so friendly. They were always so accommodating when it came to my crazy work schedule, doing my insurance papers and always keeping track of my progress. Dr. Chow was so meticulous with how my teeth were to turn out, and listened to what I wanted. Theresa and Mannie were so great with monitoring my teeth and making sure that everything was going the way it should. I am so happy with my experience with Oasis Family Dental and recommend them for all of your dental needs:)

Recently during my annual check up & cleaning they found a small cavity that needed to be filled. I was given another appointment and went back 2 days later. Due to my health history they took extra precautions to ensure that the procedure would be safe for me. The cavity was much deeper than anticipated & took a fair amount time to fill. I was told that because the cavity was so deep I may experience sensitivity in the tooth for up to 3 weeks. I left the clinic with no pain and no numbing in my mouth or face which was awesome. Day 2 and everything is great. Thank you to Dr. Dominic Ling & dental assistant for making this such a great experience. Also thanks to the friendly front desk staff & dental hygienist who saw me on Tuesday. I highly recommend Oasis Family Dental.
