I normally get my prescriptions from another pharmacy but on one of my products they couldn’t get it, I waited months and they still couldn’t get it in stock to I decided to try this Janzen’s in Northwood. I talked to a woman named Cassidy I believe and she went way out of her way to try and find it for me, she called other locations and figured something out. They had to tweak my medication just a tad and the pharmacist named Christopher took the time and patience to explain the changes and to explain the directions. Such nice people, so helpful and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk-in clinics gives preference to patients who walks in rather than people who have their appointments booked. Poor and very slow service. Appointment was at 11am. I waited there for an hour and could not get in and decided to walk out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude. As soon as I get to the Walk-in clinic, before a word can even come out of my mouth, a woman comes out as says, "We're full" in an extremely rude manner. I explain that my 3 year old... and she repeats "We're full" again in the same rude manner. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Even just saying, "I'm sorry but we're full." Would have been acceptable. Very upset!
