★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the people are nice, however beware that if you have not registered with their pharmacy they will charge you $20 a visit. This was not disclosed at the time of sign up. After asking questions, it seems the pharmacy is funding the clinic and the clinic apparently isnt funded by OHIP. So just be aware and not be caught unsuspecting of the fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never use the pharmacy again. The pharmacist is unpleasant to talk to and unprofessional.
Our nurse practitioner sent me to the pharmacist to ask him if the prescription for Nizoral shampoo is covered by our insurance. After I gave him my insurance card he confirmed that is covered, hence our practitioner priscribed the largest bottle of Nizoral. The shampoo needed to be ordered, so when my husband went to pick it up the pharmacist asked for the full price. I felt that this was quite misleading and I thought I'd share it with others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pharmacist assisted me quickly taking the time to look at previous notes and history-working collaboratively with the Nurse practitioner so I didn't have to take time off work to take care of my medical needs. A much needed new medical clinic and pharmacy team. Thank You!
