★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Southridge dental for a year and Dr. Payne was the dentist, and in hindsight have realized that it was not the best.
The good: staff are all friendly and professional, the place is clean, and good overall customer experience.
The bad:
Poor work quality and follow up lead to problems and re-work:
I had a number of fillings done there and afterwards the bite would not feel right like the teeth wouldn't fit together the same (from high spots in the fillings).
After the appointments I would not get follownup calls and was never told that it is possible to come back it and have it addressed (maybe they would be willing, but I didn't know and was not told or asked.
After we moved to Calgary I went to a different local dentist. Found out there were problems with all the fillings (done less than an year previous) and they all needed to be re-done. Because of high spots the fillings would crack and trap food/bacteria.
With my new dentist they alway call the day after to check if all is good, but I have not needed to because the bite actually feels correct afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and Dr. Strong are flexible, friendly, and go out of their way to accommodate and give you the best service. I was very impressed with my last three appointments. This clinic is on time and there is no wait time. They are very organized and professional. I would refer to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Payne, Jessica, the assistants, hygienists, and the amazing team around that office, are the most caring, easy going, professional bunch of 'dental folks' ?, I've encountered in my 48 yr life. And just pleasant and very comfortable to be in the chair with.
I'm moving away and never thought I'd miss my dentists' office, but I'm going to this time.
Thank you for your help, artistry, and amazing work. I have much more confidence thanks to you good people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time to bring my son here ,starting from the receptionist the welcoming was very good ! My son was confident and happy . Then come Doctor Payne , and the lady who checked my son teeths and took X-ray , the work was very phenomenal. Me and my husband we decided to be here forever , ! Great work , very helpful, . Doctor Payne was very much helpful, He referred us to Coulee Kids Pediatric Dentistry. All the staffs and Doctor Payne , they are very phenomenal. The place is absolutely very clean , friendly people , Southridge Dental they derseve 5 stars .????. I would highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Southridge Dental was absolutely amazing - legit the friendliest staff I have ever experienced. My mom phoned every dentist in Lethbridge for me to find a dentist that could remove a broken tooth and Southridge Dental is the ONLY dental office that made an effort to find me an appointment the same day! My family and I will be using Southridge Dental for any and all dental services in the future. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff that are very good to explain what type of options you have and the costs associated with each. I had a cleaning and then an appointment for fillings and both times I was comfortable and at ease with both of the hygienists and the dentist Dr Payne! Very knowledgeable and great at making sure your all around oral health is in check.
