Friendly staff, excellent atmosphere and they definitely care about their work. They also use a variety of tools to help you improve your dental care.

Over the years I have been to many dentists & there is no one I would recommend more than Dr Lachman. He & his staff are very professional and caring. Visits to dentists are often related with pain. In my experience with Dr Lachman, there is rarely anything more than 'discomfort'. Thank you! And for the record, I highly recommend Cool Dental.

For a guy( myself ), who hasn't been to a dental practice in at least 7 yrs, I located this establishment through Google search, and read the reviews. After reading such great reviews, I figured this was the place for my business. I'm not one for visiting a dentist, hence the 7 year absence, but in serious need to see one, I thought, why not.. how bad could it be.. after making my early morning call, and it being received by such a cheerful and informative receptionist, I decided to go ahead with making an appointment, and to my total amazement, I got in a few hours later.. I was greeted with a smile upon arrival, and told it wouldn't be long to get the process started ( seeing the dentist ). She was right!! After my COMPLETE examination was completed, and I do mean COMPLETE by Jay ( tech- hoping I'm correct in using that term ), I got to meet the Dr. He examined me, and then went over everything in great detail with me, and discussed my options, going forward, and then, gave me a plant to brighten my day.. I can definitely say, this entire experience was NOTHING like I had expected, and happy I made the choice to go there. See you all soon for my follow up! For all individuals who may be afraid to visit the dental office.. Check out this location, you'll be amazed and glad you did!! Follow up appointment went fantastic!!! I was in yesterday ( January. 18th, 2022 )to have some work done.. deep cleaning, tooth pulled, etc, and it all went very very well. The young lady who did my cleaning was exceptionally great, thorough, and very gentle, or as gentle as she could be, considering it was a deep cleaning, but in all, very gentle, and accommodating, by playing some music for me from her phone.. the freezing required went off without a hitch, and I never felt anything.. fantastic job I will say.. onto the tooth being pulled afterwards, which also went extremely well, considering I have double rooted teeth. Other than a little pressure, which I'm sure is normal, it came out well. His assistant even gave my ear lobes a massage.. haha!! Fantastic experience all around, and I'm feeling great the next day!! See you all in 2 weeks for yet another appt. For anyone ever doubting to go to a dentist.. With this business, and the experience I have had, DONT HESITATE checking this place out.. they are fantastic!!

My first visit with the dentist was great. He helped me feel comfortable about being there. This is important because ever since I was a kid I have always had a fear of dentist. He also took the time to explain to me the status of my teeth. Although the news was not good what he said made good sense to me about the next steps I need to take to have a healthier mouth.

Both my wife and I have been going to Cool Dental for 5 plus years. We are very pleased with their service. They all are very friendly and professional. Where else can you find a Fire truck play house and an actual Olympic Torch when Canada hosted the games. The waiting room is filled with amazing nostalgic articles from the past. The patient rooms have state of the art air purifiers in each one. We highly recommend Cool Dental.
