J	Jayne Werry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus leaves/arrives at seemingly random times. The My bus stop app doesn't make sense. It will tell me there is a 15 minute delay at the same time saying the bus left 10 minutes ago. My kids are always late for school because the bus is always late.

Abhorrent organization, incompetent management, and ridiculous delays. We are gutted this company could not get themselves organized for the beginning of the school year for small children. Shame on them.
J	Jana Siljak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to rate it a zero, but that's not an option. The school year started off unorganized, and it's only gotten worse. My son has had multiple drivers. He is rarely picked up on time, often being picked up 15 minutes after the regular scheduled pick up time. The fact that they are elementary school age, and have yet to be on time for school because the bus can't get it together is mind boggling to me!!! The icing on the cake, he was picked up FORTY MINUTES late today. Thankfully he was at the school and had supervision! Disgusting way to run a business!
