★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very misleading website. Leaves family thinking their loved ones will be cared for in their homes when it is a gutted program. Very little really available and a lot of recommendations cost money that is not covered under OHIP. Only for those who can afford it. Staff rushed but nice but their hands are tied. A major failure by our health care system. Website should be dramatically changed to outline exactly what is offered and under exactly what circumstances, and that there will be many recommendations involving costs you may not be able to afford. That way if necessary family members know they have to step in for the safety and health of their loved ones. Right now it is dangerous to leave this website as it is as families may think their loved one is ok when they really are not!
