★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely ignorant! I went in there to get a vulnerable screening check done. I stood there by the front desk for a good while, The secretary said nothing, even though she could see that I was there! Once she came up to the window I got nothing but attitude! She was not helpful at all and I would not reccomend going to this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. My neighbor had hit my door 5 times during 2 months and started insulting and swearing me with bad attitude and F- words. He believed that my mom and I had made noise several times which was not fair. I have never had this experience before. It was very scary and my 75 year old mom had a feeling of anxiety. The officer who was very helpful listened to my story very carefully. I know his job is really hard and full of risk and I thought my problem is not as important as others , so I kept quiet and not to complain to the Police. But the officer took time for me to listen to my problem and my statement , he was very respectful to me and acted equal to other problems. Super fast and accurately. Thank you very much Simoe Police Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the unfortunate situation where an AirBnB guest did not settle their account and had their accommodation canceled. They refused to leave my place and I had to get the SSPS to help me.
The phone call was handled quickly and professionally. Two officers were at my door in less than half an hour. They handled the situation professionally showing respect for the guest and myself.
I was relieved and commend the officers and person on the phone for excellent service.
