I got to take a class with Andrea (the owner) while visiting and passing through and the experience was wonderful. The space is beautiful, clean, spacious, with a great vibe & feel. The class was supportive and allowed me to get connected to my mind & body.
I will 100% be back next time Iβm in the area!
