★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fushion sushi rolls are good but they are quite small for maki rolls standard. The price is reasonable for sushi restaurant standard but again the rolls are smaller than the norm, so instead of ordering 3 rolls at the tradional sushi restaurants for two people, you'd have to order 4 or 5 rolls at this place. So $60 For two people for a full meal deal. The green tea is 2.50 a person. So 5.00 for 2 people. They don't fill up your tea or water when it's empty unless you ask. The menu has a wide selections of fushion maki rolls. If you like Kinjo in Calgary, the rolls are very similar to Kinjo. The taste of the sushi rolls is good. This place is pretty good for driving through Grand Prairie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always love the Japanese grill style restaurant. Never tried it on this trip. Went with a sushi boat. It was pretty good. Definitely filling and worth the bucks. I wasn't a huge fan of the tuna sashimi. It never had that vibrant taste that you look for. The miso soup was on point. They don't make one of my favorite Japanese snack Inari sushi. Pretty good restaurant. Will go back to try the Grill next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tofu appetizer was nasty! But the main dish rolls were super tasty. I’m not a vegetarian, but my wife eats a lot of tofu so I thought I’d try the tempura tofu; was not tasty. Was super mushy & unflavored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come on Grande Prairie, this place is a rip off. Food is overpriced and not up to par. One of the chefs was yelling and degrading towards a waitress and management did nothing to stop it. Unprofessional and a disgrace. Stop supporting these type of establishments. Support businesses that deserve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I love Soto, and go very often. Went and sat down for some sushi with a friend and we had a very rude server. We got iced tea, which tasted extremely watered down and I let the server know and she apologized and said she will go check. Never offered a new drink other than water, then we got the bill $9 dollars for two iced teas, she was very rude when I asked to have them taken off since the drinks were watered down. I could tell she was annoyed with us, but almost $10 dollars for two iced teas?! That’s absolutely ridiculous in the first place, but to act like that to a paying customer is upsetting. I was nice the entire time and she was giving me attitude the minute we sat down. Totally unprofessional and shouldn’t be working in customer service especially serving customers if you act like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a few items through skip last week and nothing tasted right. The rolls looked like they had been sitting out for hours and the spring rolls were terrible.
I used to eat here several times a month before covid and the food was amazing. That was not the case with my last order.
