★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees very rude and they hardly empty our garbage in full leaving us to have to go to Alpine in Langford and pay them as well to dispose of the trash their loud workers don’t take which are placed correctly out for them as our house has cameras all around that picks up all audio and video of their rude workers...if you want better service I recommend Alpine as we will be definitely switching over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried these guys for 2 months , they missed every single pickup , I see the truck go by zoom zoom, when I talk to someone they say they will remind the driver, but that doesn't seem to help, I get no reply if I leave a message after hours , Zero pickups in 2 months I gave up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been with Sooke Disposal for 10 + years , never had a problem with them until recently. They leave our garbage cans in front of our driveway on the road. I called and they said that they would rectify the problem. Week after wasn't bad then they started doing it again!!! Today was the last straw. I called again and as usual she told me that she can't do anything. I am seriously thinking of switching to Alpine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely inconsistent in pick up times. When they finally do pick up they leave the bins either in the middle of your driveway or knocked over. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.
