Absolute Eyesore

Room not given that was booked and confirmed and paid online. Called day before to confirm my confirmation received online and my requests to property. The young girl answered phone said yes and will see you when you check in said not sure when and gave approx.time,arrived close to time I sent to property online. It was supposed to be fully equipped kitchen and nothing worked. Electrical problems,, came with breakfast nothing given had to go out. No coffee maker as requested so had to go out and pay again for food and coffee Two out of 3 lamps in room didn't work,a/c not cold enough 86-89 degrees outside rooms on second floor in between buildings, no breeze coming in windows. Asked for a fan ,didn't have any. Asst. mgr unlocked my door after 1rst night yelled at me to wake up. He ad to sleep in my car cause code they told me didn't work. No one answered phone for this emergency after 3calls and trying code 12 times. Texted phone no response after 1 and half hrs. Finally after waking up in my additional fee for the one weedy,gravel area parking spot got another code and was able to get into room .!!! After 2 1/2 hrs sleep the same girl at restaurant counter who checked me in came in my room while sleeping to wake me up. Room rented for privacy not to have my safety jeopardize d from intruders!!!!!!!!! Told her not staying for week only three days z1rst day no use locked out no help,second day no coffee no tea , microwave cwent out and dirty teapot outlet not working either . That nite someone either the same employee or next door man opened my door and took my cash,credit card and ID from sofa right by the door !!! Packed up my things got the heck outta there and booked another place online, but since u can't check in without I'd or card that she allegedly stole couldn't check in to next place hotel without them !!!! Called police mad about report cancelled my card within 3:£hrs knowing my personal belonging missing
