★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to have your employees stop calling or shut down your automated calling system. I even answered once and blatantly said I wasn't interested. I had to resort to blocking the number today. STOP. CALLING. PEOPLE. ALL. DAY. AND. EVERY. DAY! Call on a different number and I won't be afraid to berate you people. Enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These idiots call and call and call. Every time I looked at my cell this week for an incoming call, its been them. When someone doesn't answer for 10+ times get a hint they aren't interested. Edit for your response: Every time you called I was at work. Find a better business model, maybe open a store, or a carpet cleaning service. Preferably something less spammy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a survey company that sends me (and you?) surveys about business and sometimes politics. They are better than some others: questions are usually clear, pages do not stop working halfway through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SOM has some of the more useful surveys appearing on the net. Their surveys focus more on public considerations rather than corporate site surveys. The surveys are easy to use. The only reason for subtracting 1 star is for not using interactive surveys to capture in-depth information for the “public” surveys. To be fair, some corporations that hire surveys want to limit the depth of the information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SOM Research is a respectable company which has been around for a long time. I fill out their surveys which are well-written and generally short. Their customer service replies to questions in a quick and polite manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Survey are made poorly, and they ask their employees to put a quality in the survey they do by phone but some of their survey are really poor and ask the same question 3 time but in different way. The person that don the survey can really do much more better then that and put themselves at the place of the person that answering the survey. I worked there and its look like they just don't care to get young people to answer, so basically the review they get is only from people between 50 to 90. People who are retired and have time for that.
