★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment at 5 on a Friday with Mireille to organize my parents holidays in Australia for my wedding. I was told it was usually quiet at that time so I'd have plenty of time to discuss their needs. I got there on time and waited 30 mins before enquiring what was going on. The girl at the reception had left and from what I could tell there was only 1 travel agent that was still with clients. I understand that no one could tell me when I'd be able to see a travel agent. However what's the point of making apointments if you don't respect your schedule ? Knowing that, I didn't bother rescheduling at a different time. I'll try my luck with another travel agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bag online and picked it up at this location. The bag that was sent was a previous model from the one I'd hoped to be getting. It usually wouldn't bother me getting the old model, but one or two of the features had changed, and the new one suited my needs better.
Anyway I walked in there and picked up the bag, complaining like a snob about how "I simply must have the newest model", and the angel at the counter happily called the shipping centre to get someone search and see if they had it. It turned out they did! They had it shipped to the store via Purolator, so that it would arrive on the next business day. No judgements, no complaints, no extra charges, just all smiles and wonderful service. They even apologized for the mix-up.
I'm very impressed with the service here. Can't go wrong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called because the car I had just purchased wouldn't start. It was the battery and they gave me a jump. The next day again the same problem and the driver tested the battery and the alternator and diagnosed the problem as a dead battery. The Caa driver arranged for a new battery to be delivered which took less than an hour including install. I am so happy I continue to renew my membership even though I have a service includes with my insurance.
