★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been doing survey's on this site for years with no issues. The second they switched over to Leo my account, without my knowledge, was deactivated, and any monies earned but not claimed was lost.
When I realised I emailed customer service for help. They told me that I violated terms of service. Either I have more than one email - Not true or I don't live in Canada - Also not true. When I asked how to reinstate me account because this was obviously a system error, I got not replay. I resent an email looking for a replay and was meet with "your account is closed" That's all a one liner from a Simon. Their who exchange was completely dismissive with zero intention to help or look into the issue from the beginning.
What a joke. Go with a real survey company like Asking Canadians or Angus Reid Fromm. Stay away from this website unless you want all of your earnings to just be taken away for no reason and without justification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a call one night and they didn't leave a message, with all kinds of unknown numbers out there, I made my number private and called, someone answered but nobody spoke so I quickly hung up, since they already had my number from the 1st call, they call every single day mostly at night and when they do call during the day my phone doesn't ring...I won't say more then this ( maybe they are having problems with their phones) I don't know why they call and don't leave a message but I politely ask you to not call me anymore, thank you, merci!!!

I'm often eligible and I'm within the 30 to 35 age bracket, living alone (renting) with no children. Although I fit that criteria, there are many other studies available for other types of demographics. Join, discuss, participate! Make a difference!
