โ โ โ โ โ I am one happy customer. Talk about customer service!!!! I bought my fire bowl from them a few years ago. However, on our recent house move, I managed to lose the valve key. I contact Darlene to ask how much for a replacement and she was more than happy to send me a free one. If anyone is looking for high end fire pit, you need to check them out. Style and quality is on point.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent, top quality product and superb service. We bought a Hemi 36" last summer and are super glad with it. It creates a beautiful focal point in our deck. The craftmanship is flawless and looks more like an art piece than a firetable.
Before purchasing it, we compare it to other (much cheaper) products. At the end we choose Solus: it is pricier than other alternatives, but the quality is worth it.
I strongly recommend it.

โ โ โ โ โ My recent experience in specifying and purchasing the Solus 26โ Water Dome in cinder/brass couldnโt have gone better. And the simplicity of the concrete bowl design with the hand-spun metal dome has made it a very special addition to my own garden landscape.
Kris Roach, and the Solus team who ensured its delivery ahead of a backyard event recently, are to be commended for their stunning products and service. I will continue to look to Solus Decor and their array of concrete fire tables, water features and other concrete products in future. Their product design is truly unique in the wider market.

โ โ โ โ โ Solus offer up some outstanding products, sure you can buy cheaper but you will not receive the quality that Solus provides. I have had my 26" firepit for almost 6 years now and it has seen 5 winters and it still looks and operates like brand new. I have recently got back in touch with Solus to convert my firepit to natural gas and the Solus Tech team pulled up my original order and have the exact conversion kit I require in stock and will be mailed out to me which I will receive in a couple of days. Great customer service and great products 5+ years later.............keep it going Solus.
