And I've since returned for helpful advice after an ankle sprain. Ryan Grant is extremely knowledgeable and motivating. I like that he is a serious runner, with an impressive 10K time and wild ultraracing experience, but more than that I appreciate the time he took with me to think with me about my medical history and future goals. The approach of SoleFit is individualized, unlike some other places I've gone with various injuries that felt like they were handing out one size fits all or simple patch-up solutions. Ryan talks you through how you can get stronger and he gives very helpful advice on tools that can help you meet your goals. I recommend SoleFit to help keep you running (or moving however you like to).

I have been a casual runner for several decades and more recently have begun to road cycle quite a bit. I have rheumatoid arthritis, primarily causing issues in my feet. Ryan spent considerable time speaking with me to get a thorough understanding of what was going on and he videoed my gait so we could both review and observe how I moved. Ryan recommended I try square toed, zero drop runners which have solved my foot pain for running. He also constructed orthotics for my cycling shoes. One of the issues with cycling, which I thought was just normal, was numb toes after about 30-40 km – the orthotics that Ryan built for me, have not only eliminated the foot pain but I no longer have numb toes, even after cycling for a few hours. I’m just so pleased with the results of my appointment with Ryan – thanks so much! Nancy

Ryan is so thorough and experienced and knowledgeable. He was able to help me improve my sports performance by focusing on a few easy ways I could improve my exercises and provide feedback on my running style. He has this really cool slow motion camera treadmill setup that shows me exact what is going on in vivid detail. I cannot wait to get my orthotics!

I have chronic arch problems and Ryan took the time to fully analyze my gait, investigate my concerns and made the most comfortable pair of soft insoles I've had. Could not recommend this place more!
