I am a voice coach for actors in town, I send ALL of my clients to see Sheena Lynch, she is amazing! The results I am seeing fmy clients who have worked with her has just been fantastic! Physio therapy is SO important for performers as our bodies are our instruments and it can be hard to find a physiotherapist who understands what we need from our bodies to do our jobs well. I will continue to send my clients to Sheena with my highest recommendation! Thank you Sheena for all of your amazing work!

Through physio here I have seen improvement with my knee and hip pain which is great. I love the private rooms that help me feel comfortable. I do have to request that the details for my exercises be written down sometimes even though I feel this should be a given since I cannot remember everything we did once I get home. Got one massage here and it was not a good experience but I think the person was new.

I was in physio with Charlene for a year after a clavicle fracture last year and follow-up surgery. She is patient, very knowledgeable, efficient, and has a great sense of humour, all of which contributed to me feeling comfortable and optimistic during our sessions. I have learned so much about my body and muscles throughout my sessions with Charlene, and was so grateful to have her on my team throughout a year of arduous appointments and, at times, frustrating recovery. I also had RMT sessions with Ron, who is kind, calm, and a great RMT. Brian, who I also saw on a few occasions, is also an excellent RMT. The receptionists and staff are always friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend Physioworks on West 4th enough!

I dislocated my knee a few months ago and thanks to some physiotherapy with Charlene my knees are better than ever now! She showed me exercises suited to my needs and that were adapted to any equipment or lack thereof that I had at home. The app was very useful in reminding me about the exercises. Will definitely recommend!

I ADORED the service I got from Brennan Chan. I had a running injury (shin splints) and a race coming up end of May, and Brennan allowed me to go from pain while walking to pain free running in about 3 months. Brennan was compassionate, patient, curious and extremely helpful with my injury. He also answered my emails, outside of appointment time and provided a custom running plan for my race. I highly recommend Brennan to any runners who have injuries.

Brennan was very helpful with diagnosing and solving my running injuries during my training for my first marathon. He got to the root of my problems in the first session and gave me great exercises and advice for getting on track. He is very knowledgable about running and gave lots of great input and advice. Since working with Brennan, I can feel improvements in my form, and have since set a PR in the half marathon. Would highly recommend him for running or other issues.

I started going to PhysioWorks back in around 2013 due to ongoing back problems and have went to massage therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists for years prior. I was reluctant to believe physio would be helpful due to previous experiences where physiotherapists put a machine on me and didn't help long term. When I started seeing Jessie Wu through a friend urging me to, Jessie's astute assessments, manual therapy, and explanations helped me learn what was going on for me and I have learned how to help myself as well through various stretches and exercises. Although I've had to go back here and there (if I am more committed to her recommendations day-to-day, probably even less needed), my overall physical health is so much better. What Jessie and her team does is for long-term improvements and not just temporary relief.

While only able to have a few appointments before moving out of town, I really appreciated Brennan's approach of getting to the root of my shoulder problem. He is a great listener and coach, helping to carefully explain the exercises and the reasoning behind them. His massage techniques are also excellent!
