★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are greedy as can be. When you move in early they charge you rent don't even let you live there for free for a week. Robert shows up at your door any time he feels like without 24 hour notice. If you want air conditioning they want $1700 up front and you don't get that back. The building makes noises winter and summer. When you complain about your neighbours being noisey at night doing laundry and stomping around till all hours of the night, nothing gets done about it. Wouldn't recommend living here. For the price they charge it could include utilities and water. Give them a 0 rating out of 5
