★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To the guy with the review of getting ripped off at Coaldale Bottle Depot you need to check your math before you complain .... Coaldale Bottle Depot has never done me wrong and they are friendly , fast and do not charge for pick ups plus they can set up an account for people who live out of town so you can pick up your money anytime. They donate to a lot to organizations and the owners are not interested in doing you wrong but making sure you are in and out fast and happy. The employee's are always there to help and always greet you. Make sure your bags only contain registered bottles and no non- drinking containers and get your full refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today, been going here for the past 15 years. Today when I walked in I forgot my mask the lady working instantly asked for me to put it on i apologized but she pushed me back which was very uncomfortable and as the man was counting my cans she told me to put my last bag up there but the table was still full of cans, she kept telling me to do it over and over again until I did. Terrible experience I take the drive to lethbridge next time, what an embarrassment to coaldale!

They wash with water before starting, they count the bottles in front of me and they do it fast.
I have been to many recycling depots and this is actually one of the better ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady there was so rude to myself and my kids. They used to be good and friendly. Now everyone is miserable and so rude. NEVER will we go back or recommend!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time here if your looking for top service. Won't open bags even though they have gloves on and there is no sink to wash your hands after. Also puts up a fuss if containers still have water in them even though they have drains for it. For the volume taken in the amount was half back of what is usually given in lethbridge .
