★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Failed to build to code and then skipped out on remediation, went way over budget by over 60% and never informed us of any overages till the end then demanded payment or threatened liens for non payment, they took all funds we paid and kept the money for themselves and did not pay several subcontractors and caused liens to acrue on our property. Below they claim they warned about a 15% contingency but not 60%. Absolute disaster! I can't believe this happened to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sol sustainable did my kitchen renovation. From the first consultation to the completion of the work, they were professional. My kitchen is beautiful. Can't wait for this pandemic to be over so I can show it off. I would recommend Sol Sustainable for any building or home renovation needs, in fact I have many times already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charlie and Melissa have done more than 3 project for us over a 10 year span. During COVId was our biggest one to date. We love their professionalism, workmanship and best of all they are so easy to work with. Hands down I would choose them again. Each project we completed has been admired but many and I can easily feel confident to recommend them. They definatley have great design ideas and always add that extra element to make each project stand out.

Melissa and Charlie are both easy, open and transparent to work with, and we have been so happy with the quality of work. Their particular expertise in energy efficient and green building is extremely valuable, we were able to improve our older home's energuide rating significantly with their help, and their recent projects in new construction and passive home design are setting a path for the future. Recommended!
