★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moi fait depuis 3h pm que j'essais de appeller .. il me font patienter longtemps tento après 25 minute en ligne au téléphone à écouter leur annonce j'ai raccrocher je rapelle en se moment et fait déjà 8 minute.. aucun bon sens
I have been since 3h pm that I try to call .. they make me wait a long time tento after 25 minutes online on the phone to listen to their announcement I hang up I call back in the moment and already makes 8 minutes .. no common sense

I have been more than 5 times to see them for a tv control problem and the decoder they took the time for me as much on the phone and customer service sure place to solve my problem thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suite à une visite ,pour une information concernant mon appareil . Je trouve qu!il y a un laisser aller au niveau du service et au niveau de la présentation de la personne . ( sa tenue vestimentaire laissait vraiment à désiré on aurait dit qu’elle revenait de traire les vaches ) ceci es ma façon de l’exprimer.
Following a visit, for information about my device. I find that there is a let go at the level of service and at the level of the presentation of the person. (her attire left much to be desired it seemed like she was coming back to milk cows) this is my way of expressing it.

Voulant profiter de la promotion mobilité pour remplacer mon téléphone maison par un cell. j ai apris apres avoir signée le contrat et tout avoir faite....meme les parametres sur le téléphone,...que mon internet allait me couter 15$ de plus par mois!!! QUOI!!! On n est obligé de m augmenter mes Mbps parce que je naie plus qu un service avec eux: je passe a Bell pour la mobilité (encore une affaire que je ne savias pas!) Y as absoluement rien qui m indiquait tout cela sur le ciculaire de promotion. Le pire c est que jappelle au bureau principal, raconte mon histoire pour essayer de faire un arrangement et...on ne me croit meme pas!!! C est vraiment insultant. Je regrette de ne pas avoir choisie Koodo! Je viens de me faire avoir pas a peu pres!
Scammed by Sogetel! Wanting to take advantage of the mobility promotion to replace my home phone with a cell. I learned after signing the contract and doing everything .... even the settings on the phone, ... that my internet was going to cost me $ 15 more per month !!! WHAT!!! We do not have to increase my Mbps because I only have one service with them: I switch to Bell for mobility (another thing I did not know!) There is absolutely nothing that indicated all this to me on the circular promotion. The worst part is that I call the main office, tell my story to try to make an arrangement and ... people don't even believe me !!! It is really insulting. I regret not having chosen Koodo! I just got fucked up pretty much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour ma part service completement nul sa commencer par un technicien qui a foutu le bordel chez moi qui ma pas été en mesure de connecter mes téléviseurs adéquatement. Second technicien plus sympathique ma tv fonctionne mais je dois débrancher à chaque jour le terminal. Je demande un technicien à nouveau mais on me dit que sa marche pas comme sa et qu'il aura des frais bye bye Sogetel!!!!
For my part, completely null service, its started with a technician who screwed up the mess at my house who was unable to connect my televisions properly. Second technician more sympathetic my tv works but I have to disconnect the terminal every day. I ask a technician again but I am told that its not working like its and that it will have costs bye bye Sogetel !!!!
