Je l'ai apporté au magasin et j'attends depuis près d'un mois que le directeur puisse m'appeler pour me donner la garantie. Veuillez revoir vos achats afin de ne pas avoir à repartir avec un nouveau téléphone défectueux et de ne pas savoir quand ils vont être réparés. Je suis allé plusieurs fois au magazine et la réponse est qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire, que le directeur est le seul à pouvoir et qu'ils ne savent pas quand il peut communiquer avec moi.
I bought my Samsung S21 cell phone and it has a manufacturing defect. In the image, you can see a spot that is both off and on. I brought it to the store and have been waiting for almost a month for the manager to call me to give me the warranty. Please review your purchases so you don't have to come away with a new defective phone and when they are going to be fixed. Préposée.... Bête....comme pas possible....je paye 15$ par mois comme assurance.....et on me dis??? Qu'il va y avoir des Frais???? Belle gang de Crosseur !!!
Rotten service...I've been paying insurance for 2 years....my phone is off the hook....it's slow....hangs up all the time....what about them????? Want to charge me fees!!! Attendant.... Stupid.... as impossible.... I pay $15 per month for insurance..... and they tell me??? Are there going to be Fees???? Nice gang of Crosseur!!!
