They ask for documents that are not listed on the SAAQ website.
Foreign Passport was requested whereas all information required was mentioned in the presented Canadian based IDs.
The agent failed to provide proper reasoning and justification.
Waste of time and effort.

Customer service you need to be able to keep customers calm cool not be all nervous and crazy and not a good listener at all like Ann Marie!! She is in the wrong position!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience. Although I had to wait for hours without an appointment, they get the job done very fast which SAAQ Longueuil refused to do because I am not a Canadian citizen. The lady was so nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest saaq office I’ve ever been to. Two and a half hours and still waiting but they did reply quickly to my review. Hopefully wait times will get better post pandemic because it's a convenient location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very glad to have a SAAQ in Lasalle especially in a mall that has plenty of free parking spot. Friendly and professional staffs are working here. Appointment is highly recommended prior to your visit or be patient until your number is up on the screen. I visited here without an appointment because I didn't know that I could make an appointment online. I waited 3 hours to get the my car registration replaced although only 13 people ahead of my number. Hope this place hire more people in the near future for a quicker service.
