Bad service, the lady was very stupid with customers, I've never seen that. Even if she showed a new one, people were patient but she no... horrible I never set foot there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not believe that I had this experience here. There’s a grey lady that work there that has worst customer service than my dog. She seems to be upset that she has to do her job even asked me why I came there?…. Wasted 30 minutes because she didn’t know the procedure to a job she does everyday. When you ask her a question she doesn’t even bother answering you and will throw your documents at you like you’re an animal. It was a very weird experience. In the end I left without my permit, without any information as to why two Canadian IDs listed on the official website were not taken and without knowing what to do as she’s spent all her time looking at the screen without saying anything …. All this to say the employees there are not well informed, they have 0!! Customer service or just plain decency, don’t care to treat you with respect or even just help you. I just can’t even believe this actually happened.
