★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say, with CMHC being a Crown Corp, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism with respect to there hiring process in comparison to the feds.
I had went through a lengthy screening process with an incompetent hiring manager named Lance J Arnold who is apparently a Senior Manager in the Multi Housing Group.
Lance had reached out to 2 of my references and had scheduled a meeting 2 times with them. Both times he had pulled a "NO SHOW". My references were left twitling there thumbs.
This is incredibly rude and disrespectful.
This type of behavior is what you expect from a potential employee not an employer.
I have, never in my entire life experienced such unprofessionalism. Not even in the private sector. Makes it more clear why, our hosting market is upside down. When a regulator can't regulate due to there staff, best check yourself before you wreck your self. What a sick joke! I would never work at this place.
