No cashiers open and the self check out is garbage here.
Machines are malfunctioning and you have to wait for someone to come over and fix it, and that person is very busy.
Self check out shouldnβt take longer than waiting for a cashier.

β β β β β Really enjoyed this store. First thing I noticed was the very wide aisles ,Lots of room to move carts around. They have a separate pharmacy and florist included as well. Good all round selection of products.

β β β β β Clean and bigger location so plenty of food, a small pharmacy type area and a small green/plant area. I have to eat gluten free and have a number of other food allergies (including almonds and pitted fruits) and I felt there were plenty of options still. Friendly staff and plenty of parking.

β β β β β Went shopping there today, and the store is very bright, large aisles, and excellent service. I wanted to specifically commend the young lady at the customer service desk, who I watched deal with several other customers who were less-than-pleasant toward her and she handled it like a saint. Stayed polite, helpful, patient, and made sure my gift cards were activated and showed me where to look to be sure (Iβve had a problem in the past elsewhere). I think her name was emily!

β β β β β Annetta from the floral department deserves recognition. I, a lost husband buying flowers for my wife who's next door putting our cat down. Annette went above and beyond, even setting aside her lunch to help me. It's service like that that should be commended and rewarded.

β β β β β Similar layout to most other Sobeys stores in the area. Store had a good selection of fresh vegetables that were in good shape. No need to spend 5 min picking through junk. Store is clean and organized.

β β β β β Went today to pick up some wings and baby vitamin d. Store was clean and organized. Picked up everything quickly and went to self check out and had an issue. The cashier there working self checkout today was super sweet and kind. Her customer service alone made me want to go back even though I dont live that close. Wished all customer service people were like this :)

They have fresh greens and fruits which is an asset. They have an extended choice of meat too.
Prices for some products are higher than in other stores. But itβs better than superstore.
